TERMS OF SERVICE

- As the artist, I reserve the rights to refuse any commissions without a given reason. Any commission that violates my terms will be cancelled immediately.- Commissions are done on a first come first serve basis. If you need the piece completed before a certain date, please tell me BEFORE you commission me. Depending on how fast you need it, additional rates may apply.- Failure to give proper credit will result in you being blacklisted and therefore not allowed to commission me again. (eg. "art/pfp by bluughost on instagram", "art/pfp by @bluughost" are both acceptable. Anything less is not acceptable.)- None of my pieces are to be used for commercial purposes (such as in advertising) unless discussed otherwise. Additional charges will apply.- Feel free to use your commission as your profile picture or post it to your personal accounts, just credit me! I currently only have Instagram, Twitter, and BlueSky, all @bluughost- Absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE for use of my art in training AI on any platform of any kind. Also applies to use as NFTs. These will result in an immediate blacklist.- Do not ask for me to imitate another artist's art style. I will not do this, and your commission will be refused.- Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the character/background. This will be discussed when needed.- Finished commissions will be posted to my instagram. You may request for it to not be posted.- Default backgrounds are a flat colour or gradient. You may pick the colour(s) or leave it up to my creativity, up to you!- My current turn around time for FULL RENDERS is around 1 - 3 weeks depending on complexity, but could take longer for personal reasons (ie work, emergencies...). I will check in and give updates either upon request or when I feel is necessary.- SKETCHES typically take a day or so. I will provide check ins when necessary/asked to see if anything needs to be fixed/touched up.- I currently only accept payment through EMT or Paypal, and all prices are in CAD. Any foreign transfer fees are up to the customer to pay and are out of my hands.- A deposit of at least 50% is required before I start your piece. The other 50% should be sent after final confirmation/final touch-ups. You may pay in full if you prefer that as well.- Once I've emailed you the finished piece, refunds/changes will not be made.- If a last minute change is needed before I send it to you, additional charges may be applied. (This only applies to Lined+Flats and Fully Finished Pieces. Dependant on the size/complexity of the change.)- If I'm unable to complete your commission after having started it, a full refund will be given regardless of progress.

Will Draw: Male, Female, Chibi, Gore, Pokemon, Humanoids (Ex: Nekos), Furries, Light Nudity/NSFW**Note: I will not draw light nudity/nsfw if you are under 18. ID is required for any light nudity/NSFW pieces.Will Not Draw: Realism, (Realistic) Animals, Mechs/Gundam, Incest, Beastiality, Any illegal pairings, or minor nudity.
