- As the artist, I have all rights to refuse any commissions I do not feel like taking. Any commission that violates these terms will be cancelled.- Commissions are done on a first come first serve basis.- Failure to give proper credit will result in you being blacklisted and therefore not allowed to commission me again.- None of my pieces are to be used for commercial purposes (such as in advertising) unless discussed otherwise- Do not ask for me to imitate another artist's art style.- Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the character/background.- Finished commissions will be posted to my instagram. You may request for it to not be posted.- Default backgrounds are a flat colour or gradient. You may pick the colour(s) or leave it up to my creativity, up to you!- My FULLY FINISHED pieces can take upwards of a week to complete, but may take longer for personal reasons (ie work, emergencies...). I will check in and give updates either upon request or when I feel is necessary.- SKETCHES typically take a day or so. I will provide check ins when necessary/asked to see if anything needs to be fixed/touched up.- I currently only accept payment through EMT or Paypal, and all prices are in CAD.- A deposit of at least 50% is required before I start your piece. The other 50% should be sent after final confirmation/final touch-ups. You may pay in full if you prefer that as well.- Once I've emailed you the finished piece, refunds/changes will not be made.- If a last minute change is needed before I send it to you, additional charges will be applied. (This only applies to Lined+Flats and Fully Finished Pieces.)- If I'm unable to complete your commission after having started it, a full refund will be given.- Do not make prints of the piece with the intent to sell them unless discussed otherwise.- My art is not to be used as Crypto art. This will result in an immediate blacklist.

Will Draw: Male, Female, Chibi, Gore, Pokemon, Humanoids (Ex: Nekos), Furries, Light Nudity/NSFW**Note: I will not draw light nudity/nsfw if you are under 18. ID is required for any light nudity/NSFW pieces.Will Not Draw: Realism, (Realistic) Animals, Mechs/Gundam, Incest, Beastiality, Any illegal pairings, or minor nudity.
